(a) A full-time employee of the Village is anyone who is specifically hired or promoted as a full-time employee to fill a designated full-time position.
(b) The designed full-time positions are:
(1) Administrative Assistant to the Mayor.
(2) Two (2) Administrative Assistants to the Village Administrator.
(3) Administrative Assistant to the Fiscal Officer.
(4) One (1) Chief of Police.
(5) Police Officers.
(6) Police Dispatchers.
(7) Firefighter/Paramedic/EMTs.
(8) Service Department Personnel (not including temporary summer workers).
(9) Village Administrator.
(10) Clerk of Court.
(11) Mayor.
(12) One (1) Chief of Fire Department.
(13) Assistant to the Mayor.
(14) Fiscal Officer.
(c) Any employee not specifically designated as a full-time employee is to be considered a part-time employee.
