(a) In considering candidates for the position of Village Administrator, the Mayor shall make a reasonable effort to locate a suitable candidate who resides in the Village of Sheffield.
(b) Candidates for the position of Village Administrator need not be residents of the Village of Sheffield at the time of appointment.
(c) The Village Administrator shall reside within fifteen (15) miles from the Village of Sheffield Service Building at all times during his or her continuance in office.
(d) The failure of the Village Administrator to comply with the residency requirements contained herein shall constitute just cause for removal from office by the Mayor.
