129.04 EXECUTION OF CERTAIN CONTRACTS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all contracts on behalf of the Village of Sheffield which do not fall within the supervision of the Village Administrator and which do not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
