1323.04 FEES FOR INSPECTION.

In the event that the Village Building Official or Building Inspector is unable to perform an inspection and it is necessary for the Village to utilize the services of a backup inspector for the purpose of performing an inspection required by applicable law, the Village shall be authorized to pay such inspector at the rate of forty dollars ($40.00) per inspection.
