761.04 EXEMPTIONS.

A charitable, religious or fraternal organization, or a corporation not for profit, shall be required to comply with the provisions of this chapter, except that it shall not be limited to four (4) rummage sales or garage sales for four (4) successive days per year and shall not be limited to four ( 4) rummage sales or garage sales per year at the same location.
