(a) Each person, firm or corporation who seeks to be a temporary vendor of produce, farm products, Christmas trees or manufactured products which are sold at the roadside within the Village shall apply for a permit from the Mayor’s Office of the Village for the calendar year, and shall not begin operation until such permit has been issued. Application for such a permit shall contain the following:
(1) Name and address of applicant.
(2) Address at which sales are to be made.
(3) Authority, in writing, from the owner of land in front of which roadside stand is to be operated that stand may be operated at that location.
(4) Name and address of person or persons who operate(s) the business if different from the name in subsection (a)(1) hereof.
(b) The fee for permit for each calendar year is hereby established at $5.00.
