The following terms as used in this chapter are hereby defined as follows:
(a) Temporary Vendor - A person, firm or corporation who sells farm produce or products, Christmas trees, manufactured products or any other articles from a roadside stand for a period of less than 12 months during the year.
(b) Roadside Stand - Any place of business set up or located along a dedicated street, highway or road used for the purpose of selling articles contained in subsection (a) hereof whether it be from a stand, trailer, automobile, truck, temporary shelf, picnic table, table, on the ground, or otherwise.
(c) Calendar Year - From January 1st to December 31st of any year.
