(a) No person shall hunt any game bird or game animal from, on, across or along any public road, highway, public park, game sanctuary or any other place posted in such a manner as to indicate that hunting is not there permitted.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2310. Passed 9-10-12.)
