523.05 TIME RESTRICTIONS.

(a) It shall be unlawful for persons to hunt, trap or take game birds or wild quadrupeds at any time other than as specified under the State of Ohio's Hunting & Trapping Regulations during open season for that particular wild bird or wild quadruped.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty or a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
