(a) No person shall hunt, pursue or kill or trap any game bird, game quadrupeds, or game animals in the Village with any weapon which is not in accordance with the State of Ohio's Hunting & Trapping Regulations and statutes.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2310. Passed 9-10-12.)
