The 2009 edition of the international residential code, as published by the International Code Council, is adopted by the town for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the design, construction, quality of materials, alteration, repair, demolition, equipment, use, occupancy and location of one- and two-family dwellings as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms, as well as any appendices referenced, appendices A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T and U, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 5-205 of this chapter.
