The following provisions of the international residential code for one- and two-family dwellings, 2009 edition (IRC), are hereby added, deleted or amended to read as follows:

IRC Chapter 1 Scope And Administration

R101.1 Title - Amendatory. These provisions shall be known and may be cited as the "Residential Code For One- And Two- Family Dwellings Of The Town Of Shattuck" or as the "Shattuck Residential Building Code."
