§ 51.006  CONNECTIONS TO BE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITH RESPECT TO TOWN LINES AND MAINS.
   Piping for sewer on a consumer’s premises must be so arranged that the connections are conveniently located with respect to the town’s lines or mains.
