§ 51.002  TAMPERING WITH OR OBSTRUCTING SEWER LINES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall tamper with or harm, in any manner whatsoever, any sewer line, main or any appurtenance thereto.
   (B)   No person shall throw or deposit any material or substance in any sewer line that will in any manner obstruct the sewer line.
