§ 92.21 PARKING OF GASOLINE TANK TRUCKS.

(A) The parking of gasoline tank trucks at any place within the town limits, except on premises approved by the Board of Commissioners for the storage of gasoline is prohibited.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any gasoline tank truck or permit the same to remain parked at any other place within the town limits, except for the immediate serving of tanks at service stations.
