§ 92.20  UNLOADING OF GASOLINE OR OTHER COMBUSTIBLE MATTER.
   (A)   The driver, operator or attendant of any gasoline tank truck or other vehicle loaded with any other combustible or explosive matter shall not remain in the tractor, truck or vehicle, but shall not leave the tractor, truck or vehicle unattended while it is being filled or discharged.  Delivery hose, when attached to any tank truck or vehicle shall be considered to be a part of the tank truck or vehicle.
   (B)   (1)   The motor of the gasoline tank truck or tractor or other vehicle loaded with any other combustible or explosive matter shall be stopped during the making and breaking of hose connections to and from the tank truck or vehicle.
      (2)   If loading or unloading is done without the use of a power pump, the motor of the tank truck, tractor or vehicle shall be stopped throughout the operations.
