§ 92.08  PERMIT REQUIRED FOR BONFIRE.
   No person shall burn or maintain any bonfire or shall knowingly furnish the material for any such fire or authorize any such fire to be kindled or maintained on or in any street, avenue, road or lane or public ground or upon any private lot within the limits of the town unless a written permit to do so shall have first been secured from the Town Clerk, who shall notify the Fire and Police Departments.
