§ 53.10 MAINTENANCE OF PIPES AND FIXTURES.

   (A)   The pipe and connections in the street will be cared for by the Water Department without expense to the consumer or owner of the property.

   (B)   All fixtures within the premises must be kept in repair by the property owner or consumer.
