(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of § 53.13 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as follows:
(1) Residential violations.
(a) First violation - warning;
(b) Second violation - $100 fine;
(c) Third violation - $250 fine;
(d) Fourth violation - termination of service until the time as the violator establishes to the reasonable satisfaction of the Town Manager that the customer has taken appropriate steps to prevent further violation of this chapter; and
(e) Fifth violation - termination of service until the end of the water shortage warning.
(2) Non-residential violations.
(a) First violation - warning notice;
(b) Second violation - $250 fine;
(c) Third violation - $500 fine;
(d) Fourth violation - termination of service until such time as the violator establishes to the reasonable satisfaction of the Town Manager that the customer has taken appropriate steps to prevent any further violations of § 53.13; and
(e) Fifth violation - termination of service until the end of the water shortage notice.
