§ 53.07  PIPING TO BE INSTALLED, MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TOWN REGULATIONS.
   The consumer’s piping and apparatus shall be installed and maintained by the consumer at the consumer’s expense in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the town’s ordinances and rules and regulations and in full compliance with all governmental regulations applicable thereto.
