(A) Except as otherwise herein provided, in the introduction of water from the town water system to any house or lot, there shall be a separate tap or connection with the water pipe of the town and a separate pipe for each house or lot and no service pipe shall be used for supplying more than one house.
(B) In the introduction of water from the town water system to any apartment building, there shall be a separate tap or connection with the water pipe of the town and a separate pipe for each apartment unit and no service pipe shall be used for supplying more than one apartment unit.
(C) The requirements herein are applicable only to apartment buildings constructed after January 8, 1980.
