§ 53.03  CONNECTIONS TO BE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITH RESPECT TO TOWN LINES AND MAINS.
   Piping for water on consumer’s premises must be so arranged that the connections are conveniently located with respect to the town’s lines or mains.
