(A) No person shall tamper with or harm, in any manner whatsoever, any water line, main or any appurtenance thereto.
(B) No owner, agent or tenant of any premises shall turn on any town water or use or permit the use of any town water through any of the town facilities where service has been cut off or discontinued or otherwise use the town water facilities without first obtaining authorization from the Superintendent of the Water Department.
