§ 51.061  CONTROL, INSPECTION STRUCTURES AND DEVICES.
   (A)   Any person discharging more than an average of 50,000 gallons per day of industrial wastes into the sanitary sewers may be required to construct and maintain a suitable control or inspection structure either downstream from any treatment, storage or other approved works or, if pretreatment works are not required, at the point where the wastes enter the sanitary sewer.  This structure shall be located so as to be readily accessible and shall be constructed in a manner as may be approved by the town so as to facilitate such inspection or measuring as may be necessary for proper sampling or control of the waste discharged.
   (B)   All control or inspection structures shall be located on easements dedicated to the town with approved access provided by permittee.
   (C)   Where permit conditions require approved sampling, control and monitoring devices shall be installed in this structure at permittee’s expense.  These devices shall be maintained and operated by the town.
