§ 51.056  STORM WATER AND SURFACE DRAINAGE; PROCESS AND COOLING WATERS.
   (A)   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into any sanitary sewer any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff or subsurface drainage. 
   (B)   Where prohibited by action by the Board of Commissioners in specific instances or for specific users, no cooling water or unpolluted industrial or commercial process water shall be discharged into any sanitary sewer.
