§ 51.046 SEPTIC TANKS; WHEN PERMITTED; SPECIFICATIONS.

Septic tanks may be installed where sewer is not reasonably accessible, provided the septic tank is constructed in accordance with the specifications of the State Board of Health and a permit therefor is issued by the County Health Department.
