No request for sewer line extensions or service shall be granted with respect to any subdivision or structure including, but not limited to dwellings, commercial buildings or mobile homes proposed to be served by the town’s collection system until the subdivision or structure has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the subdivision regulations and building codes of the town.
