505.15 ANIMAL EXCRETION.

(a) Every owner or person in charge of every animal in the City shall be responsible for the immediate removal of any excretion deposited by such animal on public or private property not owned or possessed by such individual.

(b) No person, being the owner or person in charge of any animal in the City shall fail to immediately remove excretion deposited by such animal on public or private property not owned or possessed by such person.
