505.11 HUNTING PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality.

(b) This section shall not apply in Sharon Woods Park in the event that the Hamilton County Park District authorizes and allows hunting, and if such hunting is conducted under the approved guidelines of the Hamilton County Park District.

(c) This section does not apply to property owners who have a nuisance animal or fowl on their property and who have received written permission from the Sharonville Chief of Police to remove such nuisance animal or fowl, pursuant to the guidelines and procedures created by the Sharonville Police Department for such removal.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
