351.18 PARKING PROHIBITED IN UNMARKED MUNICIPAL LOT AREAS.

(a) No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a Municipally maintained public lot anywhere other than in a marked parking stall designated for vehicles.

(b) For the purposes of this section, such violation areas shall include all ingresses and egresses into and through such Municipally maintained lots and all areas not specifically designed as a marked vehicle parking stall.

(c) Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle parked in violation of this section, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to a nearby garage.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of prohibited parking in unmarked parking areas, a minor misdemeanor.
