351.17 FIRE LANES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
(a) The marking of fire lanes on private property devoted to public use shall be approved and designated by the Fire Chief.
(b) No person shall park a motor vehicle in or otherwise obstruct such designated fire lanes at any time.
(c) No person, being the owner, manager or person in charge of private property within the City on which the Fire Chief has designated fire lanes in accordance with subsection (a) hereof, shall permit or allow vehicles to park in such designated fire lanes.

(d) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
