There is hereby established the position of Administrative Assistant to Fire Chief, who shall be appointed by the Safety/Service Director, with responsibilities, hours of employment and compensation to be determined by the Safety/Service Director and as approved by the City Council. The individual serving as Administrative Assistant to Fire Chief shall work under the direction of the Fire Chief, and the individual shall not be an active firefighter under the laws of the State of Ohio or the regulations of the City of Sharonville.
