151.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

A Civil Service Commission is hereby established consisting of three resident electors, not more than two from the same political party, of the City, to be appointed by the Mayor, each of whom shall serve terms of six years except that the first Commission appointed shall have one member whose term shall be two years and one of whom shall have a term of four years.
