145.04 WAIVER OF FEES WHEN BOTH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND A ZONING VARIANCE REQUIRED.

   The Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals are hereby authorized to waive one of the two required fees when an individual or a business entity must obtain both a conditional use permit and a zoning variance in order to construct one facility or to use such owners property in a specific manner which requires the obtaining of both permits. Such waiver is not mandatory but may be implemented by either public body by majority vote in specific instances as determined by either public body.
