145.03 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

   (a)   The Planning Commission has adopted the Comprehensive Plan and Major Thoroughfare Plan attached to original Ordinance 89-55 in order to anticipate and accommodate the future orderly growth and development within the City.   

   The Comprehensive Plan and Major Thoroughfare Plan which is attached to original Ordinance 89-55 and made a part hereof, as adopted by the Planning Commission in July of 1989, is hereby adopted by Council.

   (b)   Council hereby adopts and affirms the Comprehensive Plan and Major Thoroughfare amendment adopted by the Planning Commission on October 10, 1990, as specifically described in the map which is attached to original Ordinance 90-93 and made a part hereof regarding the Comprehensive Plan and Major Thoroughfare Plan for the annexed areas known as Beacon Hills and Wildwood Subdivision.
