143.06 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF OF POLICE.

There is hereby established the position of Administrative Assistant to Chief of Police, who shall be appointed by the Safety/Service Director, with responsibilities, hours of employment and compensation to be determined by the Safety/Service Director and as approved by Council. The individual serving as Administrative Assistant to Chief of Police shall work under the direction of the Chief of Police, and the individual shall not be an active police officer under the laws of the State of Ohio or the regulations of the City.
