143.03 DIRECTION AND HOURS.

(a) Each member shall serve under the direction of the Chief of Police who shall alter shifts and make temporary changes, such as assignments, as are necessary.

(b) Compensation is based on service for a calendar year. The schedule for full time personnel assigned to the patrol division shall consist of four consecutive eight and one-half hour days and two off.

(c) Overtime during the 1990's shall be calculated at an hourly rate based on 2080 hours for the years 1994 and 1995: 2088 hours for the years 1990-91-93-97-98-99: for the years 1992 and 1996 an hourly rate based on 2096 hours shall be used.
