141.04 REPORTS TO STATE FIRE MARSHAL AND SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR.

   In the absence of the Fire Chief at any fire it shall be the duty and responsibility of the next officers attending in charge of combating such fire, to ascertain and report all details in connection with the fire, as required by the State Fire Marshal.

   The Rescue Units Captain will make quarterly reports to the Safety-Service Director. (Ord 64-44. Passed 4-22-64.)
