141.03 EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN MUNICIPAL PROPERTY.

All necessary fire equipment, including rain coats, boots, hats, gloves, badges and other paraphernalia shall be furnished by the Municipality, and all of the same shall be and forever remain the property of and under the control of the Municipality. No officer or member of the Fire Department or other person shall ever have any property interest therein or right of possession thereof.

The Municipality will supply the Rescue Units with six white uniform coats. In addition thereto, the Municipality will pay for all supplies including laundry, bandages, books and training aids and other necessities required for the Rescue Unit. (Ord. 64-44. Passed 4-22-64.)
