139.06 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN ADOPTED FOR PUBLIC WORKS.

The affirmative action plan attached and made a part of original Resolution 90-R-11 is hereby adopted for all public works initiated by the City in order to attract minority business enterprise participation in the City.
