135.02 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Treasurer shall submit a written report of moneys received and expended, and balances of all accounts to each member of Council at the first regular meeting of each month upon a form prescribed by Council.

The Treasurer shall also be responsible for and subject to all the rights, powers, duties and limitations as set forth in Ohio R.C. 733.44 through 733.47.
