133.11 CONVENTION CENTER ENTERPRISE FUND.

   (a)    The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to establish an Enterprise Fund to be known as the Convention Center Enterprise Fund for the purpose of accounting for the receipts and expenses of the Sharonville Convention Center pursuant to generally accepted accounting methods.

   (b)    The Auditor is hereby authorized to transfer the Convention Center Motel receipts, (less the expenses of the operation of the Convention Center since July 1, 1992) from General Fund to the Convention Center Enterprise Fund.

   (c)    The Auditor is hereby authorized to transfer existing Convention Center Deposit Fund (No. 705) balance to the Convention Center Enterprise Fund and close the Convention Center Deposit Fund (No. 705).
