   133.09 INDIGENT DRIVERS ALCOHOL TREATMENT FUND; ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.
   (a)    There are hereby established the following two funds:
      (1)    Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund; and
      (2)    Enforcement and Education Fund.
   (b)    Expenditures from these Funds shall be made as provided for under Am. Sub. S. Bill 131, and as otherwise provided under Ohio Law. (Res. 90-R-5. Passed 8-14-90.)
