133.08 DRUG OFFENDER FINES FUND.

   (a)   There is hereby created a separate fund, to be known as the Drug Offender Fines Fund, to be appropriately numbered by the Auditor, in order to receive mandatory fines imposed upon felony drug traffic offenders and bail forfeitures from such offenders pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03 and to expend such funds in furtherance of law enforcement efforts that specifically pertain to drug offenders.

   (b)    The Safety-Service Director, or his appropriate designees, are hereby authorized to make expenditures from the fund for any lawful purpose pertaining to drug offenders or drug abuse prevention as is consistent with the purpose for which the fund is established.
