133.01 DUTIES.

The City Auditor shall keep the books of the City and exhibit accurate statements of all moneys received and expended, of all property owned by the City and the income derived therefrom and of all taxes and assessments. He shall also be responsible for and subject to all the rights, powers, duties and limitations as set forth in Ohio R.C. 733.10 through 733.20. (Ord. 64-6. Passed 1-14-64.)
