121.29 MOTION TO CONSIDER.

Any member voting with the successful side may move to reconsider before adjournment. Any member may second this, but no second reconsideration of motion may be had. This motion to reconsider may be made at any later time after the disposal of pending business, and precedes all other matters. Reconsideration is by majority vote.
