121.28 MOTION TO POSTPONE TO AN UNCERTAIN TIME.

A motion to postpone to a time uncertain shall be considered as defeating the main matter for that session, but if such motion is lost the main matter is still pending. If lost the motion cannot be renewed or reconsidered.
