121.13 SPECIAL MEETINGS TO BE TAPE RECORDED.

The proceedings of all regular and any special meetings so designated by Council shall be fully recorded. It shall be the responsibility of the Clerk to have such meetings recorded. It shall be the responsibility of the Clerk to store safely the recordings in the City Hall for a period of five years.
