121.11 DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS.

   Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the second and last Tuesdays of each month. When any such Tuesday is a legal holiday, then the regular meeting of Council shall be the Tuesday evening following, or any other date agreed upon by Council.

   For the months of June, July, and December, there shall be held one meeting for each month, the date of which as determined at the first meeting of the calendar year by a majority of Council.

   All regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall unless otherwise indicated by the President of Council or as voted by a majority of Council.

   Regular meetings may be cancelled by President of Council, or upon the written request to the President of Council of any three members of Council as long as there is at least one regular meeting each calendar month.
