121.10 DUTIES OF CLERK.
   The Clerk shall attend all meetings, regular and special, record all proceedings in minutes, prepare an agenda for every meeting, update annually a current index of ordinances and resolutions and attend to all correspondence incidental to their office. In the event the Clerk is unavailable, the chair shall perform the duties of the Clerk.
